feat: add finance module with yearly income/expense tracking

- FinanceEntry model (income/expense x fixed/extra)
- CRUD API endpoints for finance entries
- FinancePage with summary cards and drill-down
- Updated navigation with Finance tab
- Updated todos default filter to active
